Meet Grant, LMHC

Hi, I'm Grant Anderson, and I'm passionate about helping individuals and families find purpose, perspective, and passion.

With a B.A. in Psychology from Taylor University and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, I bring experience working with families, adolescents, children, and couples. My work covers issues like anxiety, depression, self-image, and family and marital conflicts. I specialize in substance use, physical, and sexual abuse, utilizing techniques such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and EMDR.

Outside of work, I cherish time with my wife and two girls, indulge in self-care through running and reading, enjoy camping, and recently found joy in bonding over football with my father-in-law.

I understand that starting therapy can be tough, but I'm here to make the journey as comfortable as possible. Let's explore together how we can navigate life's challenges and create positive change. If you think we could be a good fit, I’d love to get to know you and work with you.
